The shipping cost for the rest of the peninsula will be calculated when the order is processed and before making the payment. It will be free for a purchase over €1,500.00

Package Shipping

The shipment will be made within the estimated period in the following point and always  after receipt of payment; It will be done through one of our collaborating logistics companies with a tracking number and delivery without signature.  We will provide you with a link so that you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

The logistics company in case of not locating the client, will  three delivery attempts, if the customer is still not located, the package will be returned to our warehouses, being necessary to make the extra payment of a new shipment to make a new shipment

Delivery term

Delivery times range between 2 and 5  days for items available in our warehouse and 2 - 4 weeks for imported items. These deadlines are indicative and BNK Home&Deco  reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the company, subject in most cases to the availability provided by the supplier or manufacturer.  Under current legislation, in the event of non-execution of the contract by us, because the product or service requested is not available, the consumer must and will be informed of this lack of availability.  In any case, we will always try to shorten delivery times as much as possible to ensure a quick and efficient reception of orders.  

Warranty and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have  within 30 days  from the date of receipt of the same to execute your right of return. In this case you must pay the shipping costs.

• BNK Home&Deco is responsible for collecting the product on the date and time requested by the customer.

• To return the product  It must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the return has been received and the condition of the products has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount thereof.

• Any incident in transport must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Expenses  

• Orders less than €99: €15.95

• Orders between 100 and 249: €25.95

• Orders between 250 and 499: €39.95

• Orders over 500: €49.95
